The President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan GCFR led a strong federal government delegation to Lagos to launch the Roadmap for Power Sector Reforms.

Dr. Jonathan provided both the short and long term plans for a total revolution in the nation’s power sector. In this edition you will get to read about some of the projects in the Niger Delta Area done in NAOC JV/PSC partners These are the combined efforts of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and one of its joint venture partners – Nigerian Agip Oil Company. The NNPC in partnership with the Oil Operating Companies have shown tremendous commitment to Community Development in the various part of the country especially those impacted by the oil and gas operations.

I hope you know we now have Lagos Terminal operations handling the major deep water platforms. The Crude Oil Marketing, Lagos Zone has been on top of these Operations as you will read from this story. ‘Comrade’ Fiddi along with NAPIMS Top Management engaged the executives of NUPENGASSAN in a very exciting session with promises to uphold the industrial harmony that has become a tradition in NAPIMS.
